Training & eTracking is an eLearning company specializing in compliance training for nonprofit, government, and social services markets. Through strong leadership, business vision, creative thinking, accountability for results, and cross-organization collaborations; positioned the company as a strong competitor in the learning and development market. Recognized for owning all aspects of Training & eTracking business operations and go-to-market strategies that include:

  •  Developed several new partner relationships which scaled the business to   penetrate new markets

    •  Repackaged and Repriced all of the company offerings creating new product categories resulting in a substantial upswing in profitability of well over 45%
